Rather than pushing ourselves harder, we’ll look at how the body and brain are designed to move us toward what we need to survive, belong, and stay regulated—and how misunderstanding this system often creates unnecessary inner conflict.

In this one-hour workshop, PQ Application: The Avoider, we’ll explore procrastination through the lens of the Avoider saboteur from the Positive Intelligence framework, while also expanding the conversation with an additional model that reframes procrastination as something that often serves us before it gets in our way. Rather than trying to eliminate avoidance, we’ll focus on understanding what it’s protecting—and how to work with it more skillfully.
