11:30am-1:00pm PST
Do you feel drained despite your best efforts to work productively?
People sometimes underestimate the impact energy can have on productivity. In this workshop, Nahid and Kim will introduce powerful mental fitness and energy management concepts to our already proven productivity tools. Working while drained can lead to burnout and a vicious cycle of negativity, stress, and even depression. But with these powerful tools, you can refine your workflow in a way that recharges you and keeps you energized and engaged throughout your day.
In this workshop we will:
1. Walk you through one of Nahid’s favorite productivity tools that helps you identify the 20% of your work that yields 80% of your results.
2. Take it a step further by weaving in your energy levels and providing strategies you can use to protect yourself from more draining tasks, thus elevating your overall productivity.
3. As an added bonus, we’ll introduce you to your energy saboteurs, providing unique insight into how your own negative thoughts might cause certain work to drain you.
Join us for an insightful session and leave with practical tools that you can use immediately to take your productivity and energy to the next level!
