Building High Performing Teams
Studies show that the key ingredients of a high-performing team are a unique blend of clarity, shared meaning, and psychological safety. This success formula can be replicated with conscious effort by any team who is willing to put in the work. Our program for high-performing teams blends training with coaching to resolve issues, remove obstacles, and bring your team to a new level of synergy around a shared purpose. It includes a series of meetings (live and/or virtual) over a period of 6-12 months and can also include coaching for individual team members if desired.
Our High Performing Teams program helps overcome the following challenges:
- Overcoming frequent mistakes, missed deadlines, or miscommunication among team members
- Overworked teams, disengagement and/or higher than desired turnover
- A general desire in an already well-performing team to get even better results together

More productive dialogue and decision making around shared responsibilities
Increased trust and psychological safety as team members establish and follow shared ground rules
