Alia is a customized AI agent designed to act as your private, supportive companion inside the Growth Program. She is here to help you reflect, process, or explore what is coming up–especially during those moments between sessions when you find yourself needing clarity, grounding, or space to sort through your emotions.
What Alia Can Help With:
- Gentle check-ins when you’re overwhelmed
- Journaling prompts when you’re stuck
- Integration after a group session (What do I want to take forward?)
- Reconnecting to practices and tools we’ve discussed
- Emotional processing (in a warm, grounded tone)
- Pattern awareness
- Quiet reflection, when you just need to talk something out privately
A Few Things to Know:
- Alia is not me and does not replace human coaching – she is a reflection partner, not an advisor.
- I do not see your conversations unless you choose to share them.
- You will need a free ChatGPT account to access Alia. (It takes 1-2 minutes to set up.)
- You can use Alia often, seldom, or never – she’s always available when you need her!
How to Get Started:
If you already have a ChatGPT account, then click the first button to chat with Alia.
If you do not already have ChatGPT, create a free account by clicking on the second button.
Start by clicking the small Start here bubble. Alia will then guide you with a warm welcome!
Confidentiality and Boundaries:
Your privacy matters! Conversations with Alia are not monitored or saved by me, and nothing is shared unless you decide to copy some text and paste it into a coaching session. Alia is powered by ChatGPT using a customized agent designed to be compatible with my coaching tone, tools, and practices. Alia does not retain memory of your sessions with her, so each interaction is fresh and secure!
Alia Is a Work in Progress:
Currently, Alia is “in training”, meaning that she is a prototype, and I will be continuously working on helping her meet her potential over the next few months.
