How to Sign Up

Schedule an intake consultation with Nahid via e-mail (nahid@coachnahid.com) or call / text (714-931-2133).  On this call, we’ll discuss your needs, and, if you decide to commit, Nahid will register you and place you in a small learning group that aligns with your goals.

About the Program

If you’re physically fit, you can climb steep hills without physical stress. If you’re mentally fit, you can handle life’s great challenges without mental stress or other negative emotions.

Mental Wellness BlogPQ (your Positive Intelligence Quotient) is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It’s the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential. With practice, you can build powerful new muscles in your brain and boost your PQ.

In our upcoming Advanced Mental Fitness Program, based on the best-selling book, Positive Intelligence, by Shirzad Charmine, Nahid Casazza and Kim Kuljian will use this neuroscience-based system to train your brain over 12 weeks, building the three core mental muscles that improve your PQ and applying the concepts to a personalized advanced project, empowering you to significantly improve your effectiveness and engagement in an area that matters most to you.

Over the course of this program, you will:

  • Identify exactly what causes you to feel stress and other negative emotions.
  • Learn how to intercept those negative thinking patterns so that you can stay calm, clear, and focused, even in difficult situations or working with difficult people.
  • Develop simple, yet effective practices to strengthen the calmer part of your brain.
  • Discover that, with practice, you don’t get triggered as much—and when you do, you are able to catch yourself before you react and handle situations much more effectively.

Studies using fMRI scans have shown actual changes in the brain as a result of this work after just six weeks of daily practice. Consistent with these findings, participants in our program have reported less stress, more patience, easier decision-making, less procrastination, and more productive interactions.

This program includes the original bootcamp, as well as advanced application lessons every week, so it is ideal for both first-timers and advanced students who want to apply the material more deeply.

Getting Someone to the Point

Feedback Unscripted 9 of 9 In honor of our Learning Cycle Topic of Giving Effective Feedback, my friend and colleague, Angela Fucci, agreed to spend some time on zoom with me role-playing “good” and “bad” attempts at handling a variety of common feedback situations.
