In this interactive workshop, we’ll take a closer look at the dynamics of trust and explore how it is built, damaged, strengthened, and restored.
Through discussion, reflection, and real-world examples, you’ll examine the factors that influence your own experience of trust and gain greater insight into how others may experience it differently. We’ll also identify common trust breakers—the behaviors and patterns that can quietly undermine even strong relationships—and explore practical ways to build greater trust and connection.
